We currently admit customers into our partnership two times a year. This allows you, and us, to methodically and enthusiastically, launch Fiore™ into your organization. Each group activating on the same day becomes a pledge class of sorts. Agencies in the thick of a Fiore implementation foster important connections with other partners interested in sharing information and providing meaningful feedback. We cultivate these relationships, since sharing the project according to similar goals most favorably impacts the health of individuals and organizations for the long term.

The first step to take in improving the health of the individuals you serve and your organization is to understand the Fiore program as much as possible. If you’re interested to learn more about becoming an exclusive partner, please complete and send us the brief Application. It should only take a few minutes of your time.

Following receipt of your application, we will be in touch. We’ll make ourselves available to more specifically address our initiatives and your goals. We believe it’s important from the onset to forge a relationship based on your unique circumstances and mission.

Once you execute a license agreement with us, our partnership officially starts on our next available activation date (which is always posted on the Home page of our Web site). At this time, representatives from your organization will be invited to participate in a two-day launch seminar. We provide all core materials, a comprehensive overview of the project, necessary training, introductions to your partners amid team-building experiences, and answers to your 1,001 questions.

At the end of this initial seminar, members of your agency will be well equipped to launch the Fiore program within your organization, coordinate the ongoing impact with Mainstay professionals (according to your agency’s specific needs and the personal choices of your consumers), and to communicate with partners in our exclusive group. We invite your “pledge class” to another one-day seminar approximately four months following activation, as a way to touch base and tweak implementation strategies. Your next round of 1,001 questions will be answered.

Throughout our three-year commitment, we continue ongoing communication via teleconferences, phone calls, online communications, and other effective, hands-on methods to ensure success and perpetual enthusiasm for the initiative.

The quality, depth and breadth of individual and organizational health outcomes achievable with Fiore depend on the effort we both exert. While our programs are proven, easy to follow, and backed by committed support, no program is self- activating.

We welcome (and encourage) calls from a partner—from Operations, Development, or any department. We generally work with a few key agency contacts who are knowledgeable and who function as coordinators of the Fiore implementation and ongoing support throughout an organization. Fiore is priced to reflect that while our products are an important foundation, our partners play a vital role in determining success throughout the social service agency.
