Our three products—all quick, easy-to-implement, and sustainable solutions—emerged as responses to the following realities and legislative, economic, market and opportunistic pressures:
  • Providers are cash-strapped, with no identifiable cavalry waiting in the wings. At the very least, providers need their annual CODB increase.
  • Funders—both public and private—are tapped out and demanding overall, explicit accountability and results-oriented outcomes with staying power. “Woe are we” is no longer acceptable rationale for securing much-needed funds.
  • Providers have reduced staff, so personnel are stretched to the max. As a result, products and services must be streamlined, easy to implement, and have tremendous, sustainable upside.
  • Providers must create viable alternate revenue streams, differentiation, and useful tracking and oversight mechanisms in order to survive and thrive.
  • Providers and their management and Board of Directors no longer have a choice regarding accountability for explicit and improving quality-of-life outcomes for the people they support.
  • Providers and their management and Board of Directors no longer have a choice when it comes to establishing a sustainable, evidence- based preventative health program that tracks and improves BMIs and nutrition values over time.
  • Providers no longer have a choice regarding accountability for food operations including explicit and improving costs (grocery, labor, healthcare, medication), inventory management, and nutrition content.
