Specifics Exclusivity • Territories • Price  Fiore™ is available on an exclusive, select basis. We choose our partners carefully in order to ensure maximum benefits for the individuals you serve and your organization. The Fiore program is provided as a license that grants rights within a specific geographic territory. Each territory represents a critical mass of funding streams from charitable or private foundations, individuals and corporations for one social service agency. Mainstay provides all the materials and interventions highlighted throughout this Web site, and we support you to ensure a successful and rewarding implementation of Fiore within your organization and the designated region. Mainstay views its relationships with partners as a long-term commitment to mutual success. Therefore, we enter into three-year partnership agreements. Our territories are priced (payable as monthly payments, never as a lump sum), so that Fiore pays for itself within the first two to six months of implementation. It would take approximately two FTEs to implement a Fiore-like program into your organization, if the knowledge, resources and expertise were available. We’re priced well below one, let alone two, professional(s) capable of this implementation. Organizations should expect to fully recoup the cost of the program and even realize additional revenue. Projects such as this should demonstrate a positive impact on your income statement, and not a drain on agency resources. As a result, we provide our series of interventions at a reasonable price in order to make the following possible, depending on the size of your organization and the degree of implementation:
